Mike Baur’s interest for finance and banking commenced all the way back while he was a teenager in Fribourg, Switzerland, his home town. It was not a surprise that he later pursued his interest and pursued a career out of the same field. Mike studied at University of Rochester and University of Bern where he attained a MBA & executive MBA respectively.

He spent 20 fruitful years within the Swiss banking sector where he rose through different ranks at a big Swiss private bank as an executive board member. Other institutions that Mike worked include Sallfort and Clariden banks.

Mikes entrepreneurial journey began in 2014 when he was 39 years. It is the first of its type in Switzerland operating standard three-month accelerator programs for business people.
