She had left Innovcare for a number of years during which time she was the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Centerlight HealthCare. While at Centerlight she oversaw the managed healthcare division. She has also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Touchstone Health and at Americhoice she was the Corporate Vice President for Care Management and Disease Management. While she was at Americhoice Penelope Kokkinides developed and implemented its health model.

She is able to do video conferences with people around the world from her office or home instead of having to travel as much as she did in the past. Technology is also immensely useful for her in keeping up with the constant changes that are going on in the field of healthcare, especially nowadays. Learn more about Penelope on Bizjournals.
